Moti-art is looking for dancers and performers interested in participating in a worldwide collaborative dance film. Participants will video themselves in short improvisational clips under specific guidelines given by the director of the film.
The film project is meant to stimulate global awareness of dancers’ complicated mental state during this ongoing pandemic, and the performing arts’ fragile and critical situation.
They are looking for a wide variety of dancers and movement artists from all styles and shapes.
chosen performers will receive specific guidelines referring to the framing of the video, the use of specific body parts, and reference imagery for improvisation. The videos will be edited together for the final film.
